Terms of Service

1. What you buy

Everything sold in the WAR shop is a time-limited digital service on a private game server: ranks with cosmetic and quality-of-life perks, and shop points that can be spent in-game. Nothing you buy has real-world value, is owned by you, or can be transferred, traded or cashed out outside the game.

2. Delivery

Purchases are tied to the EOS ID you enter at checkout. Delivery is automatic the next time that account is online on any WAR server, usually within a minute of joining. Make sure the EOS ID is correct — we cannot move a purchase to a different account afterwards.

3. Duration, wipes and balances

Ranks run for the duration stated on the product. Shop point balances survive season wipes. Anything obtained with points in-game (kits, dinos, structures, cosmetics) is lost on wipe like everything else on the server, and is not refunded.

4. Right of withdrawal

By ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request that we start delivering the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

5. Refunds and problems

Because delivery is immediate and automatic, purchases are non-refundable once delivered. If something was paid for but not delivered, open a ticket on Discord with your PayPal receipt and EOS ID and we will sort it out.

6. Bans and rule breaches

Purchases do not exempt anyone from the server rules. If an account is banned for breaking them, remaining rank time and unspent points are forfeited without refund.

7. Age

You must be 18 or older to buy, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes and shutdown

We may change prices, perks and products at any time. If the servers shut down permanently, unused ranks and points expire with them.

9. Not affiliated

WAR is a private community project and is not affiliated with Studio Wildcard.
